The Nigerian gay rights activist and public speaker, Bisi Alimi, lent his voice to support Bobrisky.
Bisi Alimi, despite his differences with Bobrisky, said that, like all other Nigerians, Bob has the fundamental rights to organize his birthday party as he wishes.
Bobrisky’s birthday party was interrupted yesterday by the Nigerian police when they closed the room and frightened the guests.
In a post on Instagram by Bisi Alimi, he considered Bob as a woman and published an update that said:
Solidarity with #Bobrisky! You can threaten it but you can never break it.
Bisi and Alimi met during allegations of violation of Biodun Fatoyinbo of the COZA when they had different opinions on the subject.
The gay rights activist who is married to Oyinbo’s husband attacked Bobrisky because he is always on the wrong side of history, for supporting the pastor.
Bob, however, threw himself at him, threatening to slap him for calling him because he was entitled to his opinion.
A few hours later, when the police interrupted Bobrisky’s 28th birthday, Bisi is the first public figure to come out to support the transvestite.
He also wrote:
Nigerian gay rights activist, public speaker,💪🏾🤝💪🏾…. we might not agree on everything but you have a right like every Nigerian to have a happy birthday without harassment from the police and if you don’t see anything wrong with this, you are soulless and heartless and you are sub-human
