Some witnesses who should testify for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate Atiku Abubakar in the presidential election court of petition were attacked by unknown gunmen.
Dr. Livy Uzoukwu, the PDP’s chief adviser and Atiku / Obi at the court, informed the court that witnesses were attacked on their way from their various destinations when they came to court to testify against the alleged fraud last February. 23, 2019 elections
The information was disclosed to Latest Nigeria News through a publication on the official PDP Facebook page on Friday.
In light of the above information, the trial judge, Judge Mohammed Garba, suspended the hearing on the PDP and Atiku / Obi petitions until Monday, July 15, 2019.
Remember that Atiku and his team are challenging the electoral victory of President Muhammadu Buhari and the Congress of All Progressives (APC) in the 2019 presidential election in Nigeria at the electoral petitions court.
