The procedures are stalled at the Court of presidential election requests (PETP) due to a request by the People’s Democracy Party, PDP, the lawyer of Atiku Abubakar, Livio UZOUKWU (SAN) and Atiku Abubakar himself.

When the case was mentioned a little after 10 on Wednesday, Uzoukwu told the court of the five-person panel, which has a request, that he would prefer to switch to cameras.

He sought the understanding of other lawyers in the case, after which it was agreed that the court suspends the session and listens to the questions that the PDP lawyer and Atiku wish to raise.
