The Presidential Petition Court (PEPT) said there is no evidence that INEC has electronically transmitted the results of the last presidential election to any server.

In a ruling that was read on Wednesday, the court declared that the signatories, Atiku Abubakar and the PDP, failed to convince the court that the INEC had a server and transmitted the results electronically.

The electoral petition court also stated that there was no law that allowed the electronic transmission of results or the transmission of results through the use of card readers.
