Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode described the rearrest of the activist and journalist, Omoyele Sowore, by DSS agents as a disgrace.
Latest Nigeria News reports that the Department of State Services (DSS) invaded the Federal High Court, Abuja, on Friday and arrested Sowore again.
This happened only 24 hours after giving the bail of the former presidential candidate.
Before the invasion, Judge Ijeoma Ojukwu had postponed the case presented against Sowore by the DSS and the Attorney General’s office until 11, 12 and 13 February 2020, for a final hearing.
Reacting to the development on his Twitter account, Fani-Kayode condemned the energetic arrest of the activist after the court granted him bail.
He accused the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari of not respecting the constitution and the judiciary.
